LIMA is well-known for the largest show of its kind within the Asia Pacific region. This year it attracted participants from Australia, Belarus, China, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Russia, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the U.S.

To understand the scale of the event just look at the key figures:

One of our valuable customers Ikramatic Systems SDN BHD demonstrated its simulation solutions powered by UNIGINE SDK for pilots training. The company has developed several flight simulators for the Government of Malaysia including helicopters and fighter jets. At LIMA they introduced a Flight Training Device (FTD) based on Swiss made Pilatus PC-7 trainer aircraft designed to meet FTD Level 7 of FAA Standard. The system comes with full-sized PC7 cockpit and 5-channel visual system covering 256° x 40° field of view.

Using UNIGINE 2 Sim Ikramatic team is going to provide clients with the top level if immersion in all types of environments be it air, sea, or land.

“The Asia Pacific region is developing rapidly outracing Europe and the USA by growth rates. We already have many customers here and the interest to VR and 3D visualization technologies is continuously increasing. Computer vision for safe drones, digital twins and interactive VR presentations were at the peak of interest at LIMA 2019. So, we keep working to provide the best solutions for our current and potential customers” — says Eugenia Tashkun, Business Development Manager at UNIGINE.
